I began supporting Kristine with OM Mommas in March 2021. We started with the launch of the podcast and then I shifted into Podcast Management! We were able to create a system and strategy for sustainability with the show, allowing for ease, flow and alignment for Kristine within her work and family life.

Podcast Launch Support tasks included:
- setting up a task list of items needed with a timeline
- mixing introduction audio with podcast music
- mixing introduction episode together
- providing support for Kristine as she set up OM Mommas backed on her hosting platform
- providing insight into systems and strategies for sustainability, marketing, and guest management

Podcast Management tasks included:
- mixing episodes + listening to playback to pull main points and quotes
- creating show notes
- adding to + scheduling on hosting platform
- updating media kit templates for marketing
- creating sound clips for marketing

Guest Management tasks include:
- scheduling guest interviews + interview reminders
- sending guest information form post-interview
- sharing guest media kit prior to episode airing
- answering any questions guests may have throughout the process
